By using aTaste, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

• Email Address

• Password (encrypted and stored securely)

• Game activity, including which wineries’ games you play and the date played

We do not collect credit card details or payment information from players, as the game is free to use.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your aTaste account

• Track which wineries’ games you’ve played

• Improve the game experience

• Communicate with you (if necessary)

When you play a game from a winery on aTaste, we share your name and email address with that winery.

• Your information is only shared once per winery, regardless of how many of their games you play.

• If you play games from multiple wineries, your information is shared with each of those wineries.

• Each winery may use your information in accordance with their own privacy and marketing policies.

aTaste does not sell your data or share it with anyone outside of the wineries whose games you’ve chosen to play.

We use industry-standard practices to store and protect your personal information. All data is securely stored in a password-protected database, and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

You may:

• Access or update your account information at any time by logging into your aTaste account

• Request to delete your account by contacting us at playataste@gmail.com

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in any communication sent by a winery

Please note: Deleting your aTaste account does not remove your information from wineries who have already received it. You’ll need to contact those wineries directly for any data requests related to their communications.

We may use basic cookies or similar technologies to improve site performance and remember your login status. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

aTaste is intended for users aged 18, and of legal drinking age according to their local laws, and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective Date” at the top of the document. Continued use of the platform after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
